1. Randukoo
customers MUST abide to these terms and conditions.
2. Reservations
for ready stock item(s) can be made for 3 days ONLY.
3. Business
will be on a first come first served basis.
4. Payment
has to be made within 3 days of reservation date. Failure to do so will cause
your order(s) to be made available to other buyers.
5. Allow
us 7 days to process any custom made order(s).
6. All
Randukoo products are brand new. We shall inspect that your order(s) is/are in
good condition before posting.
7. We are
not responsible for any delay, damage or loss once item(s) has/have been
posted.
8. All
goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. So, choose and take note of your
item code carefully.
9. Colors
might vary due to color resolution or light settings monitors. However, we will
try our best to make it as accurate as possible.
10. We only entertain SERIOUS buyers.
